New SASCA show dates for Sunset's 2 rain out shows

The 2 SASCA shows for Sunset will be held at the Hernando arena on August 22 and September 12. Please share this information with your clubs, etc. We are sorry that the show dates had to be moved, but with the weather, etc. it could not be helped. Lazy W's SASCA show will be on August 15 and Ingram's Mill SASCA show will be on August 29th. Hope to see you at the shows!

due to the muddy arena conditions, Sunset's show is once again called off, we are thinking of having it instead on Sunday afternoon at Herrnando, if the weather permits.
if any members would be agreeable to this idea please let Billy Hopper or Ted Isbell know so arrangements can be made to have the show.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the SASCA show scheduled for this Saturday, August 8th, has been postponed to a later date. The next scheduled SASCA show is August 15th at Lazy W. Sunset will have the information on our 2 make-up SASCA shows as soon as we are able to secure dates. Fate has dealt us another blow! The arena still has water standing plus, someone broke into our concession stand and took everything edible or drinkable they also stole the three ice chests to carry it out in. I hope they enjoyed their cookout or what ever! Hopefully, we will be dry and back in business next week.

Sunset's rain date for last Sat. SASCA show should be July 25th, however, Hernando's arena is not available for this date, not will it be available for Sunset's Aug. 29th show. To remedy this problem, Ingram's Mill has agreed to swap dates with Sunset. The following will be the revised schedule.
